Today June 24,2009 is the 20th birthday of one of my granddaughters-Bethany Renee Morris. I remember where I was on June 24,1989. Carolyn and I were in Temple at my Mothers house . She was in the hospital with cancer. She died 10 days later. After we got news of Bethany's birth we caught a plane for Little rock.Bethany is very deadal in all of her achievements.HAPPY 20TH BETHANY.

Fathers Day

On June 22,1962 very early in the AM,I drove Carolyn to Galveston County Memorial hospital in Texas City. She was having labor pains and I was afraid we might not be on time,but we were and she checked in and I went to the dad's waiting room. pretty soon Dr Dudney came in and said congrats, you have a son. Happy 47th to my son Terry Neil Morris. He is now the father of 12 and lives on a farm in Guthrie Ok.

In 1993 I went to India on a mission trip and here are some pictures from the trip.

Down Fall!!

I have always had a saying: If your outgo exceeds your income, then your upkeep will be your down fall. I know this applies to me personally, however I wonder if this does not also apply to our government and the deficit spending that is out of control?
